  12. I'm still trying to find a way to use my Laser 386sx monitor with my
  13. STB ERGO Powergraph 1024x768x256 board.  I've been able to grab the
  14. 640x480 entry from the standard entry in modeDB.txt (in Linux's
  15. /usr/lib/X11/etc directory), and have it working properly.  The
  16. 800x600 entry seems to roll vertically, along with displaying some
  17. white retrace lines at times.  I'm thinking that I might be able
  18. somehow 'massage' this entry to work within the next day or two.

  20. Unfortunately, I've not been able to get the monitor to work with any
  21. 1024x768i entry found in this list.  Likewise, I'm not sure how to 
  22. generate entries for an interlaced mode of operation for a monitor.

  24. If anyone can point to a FAQ that explains computing these entries for
  25. an interlaced mode, please let me know.

  27. thanks, and sorry for the reposting of this problem.  I'm just stumped
  28. by it, and I'm not sure how to compute the proper values  (everything
  29. that I've read i believe is geared to the non-interlace mode of operation).
