  14. 7TH ANNUAL TECHNICAL CONFERENCE    ON THE X WINDOW SYSTEM
  15.  
  16. Anyone who has sent their registration this past week by U.S. Post, email, or
  17. FAX should not expect confirmation until Monday, 1/11/93 or Tuesday, 1/12/93.
  18. We have over 200 people (maybe more) registering this week.  Our fax machine
  19. is working fine, but of course is very busy due to all the last minute
  20. registrations.

  22. If your fax machine won't connect with ours, we suggest you send us your
  23. registration by next-day postal or email (registration@expo.lcs.mit.edu).
  24. The pre-registration deadline is TOMORROW, Jan. 8.  We also have on-site
  25. registration at the hotel beginning Sun., Jan 17 from 3 to 8 pm,
  26. Mon., Jan. 18 from 7:30 am to 5 pm and Tues, Jan. 19 from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
  27. ALL THE TUTORIALS ARE STILL OPEN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A-VIDEO BEING CANCELLED.
  28. There should be no problem registering on-site if you do not make the
  29. pre-registration deadline, and the fee is the same.
