- I have a user on using a NCR as an xclient and a Sun as an xserver.
- If he does
- setenv DISPLAY sunhost:0
- xclock &
- the clock comes up fine (access control on the Sun is not a problem).
- However, if he then does
- anotherApp &
- he gets
- Fatal Xt error: cannot open display.
- or something like that. So why would xclock be able to open the display
- but not the other application? It's had me stumped for the last two hours.
