  12. I just purchased WINFAX PRO 3.0.  I have a 9624BS Superlink Fax/Modem.
  13. It is set on COM2.  My problem is that when I send a fax sometimes it
  14. goes sometimes it doesnt.  I fax to a friend alot that has a answer
  15. machine and during the initial message you have to push the send
  16. button on my fax machine for his fax machine to recgonize that it is a
  17. fax. But with WINFAX without a SEND button to push sometimes it picks it
  18. up but most of the time it doesnot.  How can I make WINFAX work with a
  19. setup like that? I listen to the fax through the computer and when it
  20. starts to dial it starts sending out pulses that sounds like it is
  21. trying to tell that it is a fax but it usually stops before the
  22. connection is made.  I also fax to another place that has a Cannon
  23. FaxPhone50 and it sends out a pulse like signal when the connection is
  24. made.  But I cannot send a fax through WINFAX to it.  It keeps giving a
  25. message +FING011. Can someone help?  How can I make it work?
