  10. Can anyone suggest an "audit" or "time-tracking" program for
  11. Windows 3.1?  Probably a TSR.  Users would have to enter their 
  12. names before gaining access.  They could give themselves a
  13. password.  The administrator could later determine what programs
  14. were used by what users at what times.

  16. Ideally as part of the same program, users must be able to 
  17. leave messages for other users on the same machine.  Upon entering 
  18. their name, they'd be alerted to any messages left for them.  If 
  19. this requires a separate utility, so be it.

  21. We're East Wind, an intentional community of 50 in Missouri.
  22. We don't have a LAN (yet), but we have five Windows machines.  We
  23. want to be legal, so cost is important.  $50/machine tops,
  24. hopefully.  Shareware great.
