  12.     As of Jan.  1, 1993, ASP has decided to transfer all
  13. maintenance, marketing, and other responsibility for all information
  14. protection products currently made and marketed by ASP to outside
  15. companies in which we have no financial interest.  We are therefore no
  16. longer involved in the commercial aspects of protection software,
  17. except for the licensing of basic technology developed at ASP.

  19.     This transfer is being done in order to eliminate any
  20. appearance of conflicts of interest with a new venture just started as
  21. a joint project between Information Integrity and ASP - called:
