  11.     I have ODT 2.0 running on a 486 with an adaptek 1542b, 600
  12.     meg scsi drive and a CHINON cd-rom drive.  The above works
  13.     fine under dos, os/2 and bsd386.  However, when trying
  14.     to access the cdrom under odt, I get "cannot open cd0,
  15.     no such device or address" when trying to dd from it, mount
  16.     it or anything.  The drive light flickers when I try to
  17.     access it.
  18.     I did the normal mkdev cdrom and mkdev highsierra.  I tried
  19.     addressing the cdrom at 1 and 2, with the hd at 0.
  20.     I know that the CHINON is not specifically mentioned in the
  21.     release notes, but I can't find any strings in the pack.d
  22.     files that specify manufactures ids.
  23.     Any idea what I am doing wrong?
