  11. We recently upgraded out Microvax II to Ultrix 4.3 and are once again
  12. suffering the problem of DTR on the DHV11 cards going high for 30 seconds,
  13. then low for 60 seconds.  This makes it challenging to dial in as the modems
  14. will only pick up the line when DTR is high.  We had this problem in an
  15. earlier version of Ultrix, but it was fixed so long ago I don't remember the
  16. details.  Can anyone help?
