  13.     I'm having a problem with sendmail. I installed Ultrix 4.3 on a MVAX
  14. and used our local domain at the time to setup sendmail. Everything seemed fine.
  15. I then moved our group and MVAX to another institution with a different domain
  16. and tried to change sendmail's idea of our local domain, but can't seem to do
  17. it.
  18.     I have changed the $D macro in sendmail.cf, refreshed the sendmail.fc
  19. and tried everything else I could think of, but somewhere hidden, sendmail
  20. has this stuck notion of our old domain as being our local domain. Mail that
  21. I send to our old domain invokes the tcplocal section of sendmail, while mail
  22. that is truly local invokes the tcp section, and subsequent problems follow.

  24.     Somewhere there must be hidden another reference to our old domain that
  25. I don't know about. Where ? How do I change it ? Please email responses. Thanks.
