- That's because if all the Unix support lines are busy, you get shunted
- to the regular support queue. There's no way to get off of that.
- Once you're on the regular support queue, you can wait for an hour
- only to be connected to someone who has no clue what Unix is. The
- "operators" that break in every few minutes and promise to transfer
- you to Unix support lie.
