- I saw an article recently discussing various automount software
- (It may have been in Unix/World) which recommended amd software.
- This software has a database describing what needs to be mounted
- and is supposed to gracefully handle dead systems.
-
- I picked up sources (version 5.2) from a neighboring Sun site.
- My initial impression was that it was quite SunOS specific (my
- target system is SCO Unix 3.2v4). Has anyone ported the amd
- automount software to SCO? Any comments?
