  40. Second that opinion. We exhausted the standard SCCS tools, then looked at
  41. RCS to see what all of the excitement was about. If the FSF and GNU folks
  42. use it, there's probably a good reason. RCS is superlative to SCCS because
  43. it isn't as rigid and allows me to make mistakes once in a while. Then
  44. we looked at CVS, and I've never looked back at any other version control
  45. system...
