  10. Is it possible to recover data from a DAT tape if a EOD mark was
  11. accidently written at the start of the tape.  The drive is a WangDAT
  12. (3200?) on a HP700 series computer running HPUX (8.05) .  The data is in
  13. the form of a series of tar files.
