  14.     !!!    HELP    !!!!
  15. We have an application where the <END> (CTRL-D) key is used for
  16. quitting. This works fine in all our C programs but our INFORMIX 
  17. programs will only allow <ESC>. I was wondering if it is possible to 
  18. send the <ESC> code when <END> is pressed ? If I was going to do this 
  19. on DOS I would mess around with the keyboard driver. Is this possible 
  20. on UNIX ???
