  18. Indirectly, yes. It's called "mail root", (or directly to the administrator's
  19. address if you know it) asking the administrator very nicely if (s)he'll 
  20. restore the file for you from the latest backups. Some administrators will
  21. do this, some won't, but it's the only thing you can try.
