  10. I have been unable to get the System V message queue examples given in
  11. "Using C o the Unix System" by O'Reilly & Associates to work. I get an
  12. error when msgsnd is called, specifically "invalid argument." Is this
  13. code buggy? From what I learned in the chapter, it looks fine.
