- Hi. I am running Dell Unix SVR4 2.2. I have 2 disks on my machine. The boot disk is set
- up so that the first partition on it is a 1MB dos partition and the 2nd partition uses
- up the remainder of the drive and contains my unix release. The dos partition is bootable
- and contains only my config.sys and autoexec.bat, and they are set up such that they look
- for all my dos software on my second drive which has only one dos partition on it which
- uses up the entire drive.
-
- When I boot up under dos, the 1MB slice on the 1st drive is my C: drive and my second drive
- is my D: drive.
-
- However, when I run dos under unix, via Merge, the 1st slice of my first drive is my E:
- drive (as it should be) but I can't access my second dos drive at all. I would like it to
- be available as my F: drive. I NEED access to that drive, as that is where ALL of my dos
- software resides.
-
- Can someone explain to me how to access it? Thanks!
