- Can the BSD386 driver for the standard IBM AT disk adapter
- use disks which are not specified in the boot ROM?
- Does it allow you to specify the number of tracks & cylinders?
-
- In particular, does it support disks with more than 1024 tracks?
- I'd like to use my 300mb ESDI and WD 1007 ESDI controller
- for an initial setup, and would like to specify the true
- configuration numbers. (One of my WD controllers doesn't
- have the funky disk ROM trick that evades this problem.)
-
- Thanks,
-
