  16. I'm using a IIcx with MacTCP 1.1.1 and MacSLIP as client and a IIci as SLIP
  17. server under a/ux 3.0. Both, client and server are connected to ZyXEL modems.
  18. I've setup an account for a slipuser with /etc/slip as login shell. Once the
  19. slipuser has dialed in slip automatically starts to run, establishing the slip
  20. connection. The slip connection so far works fine. The problem is that slip
  21. pretends to run although the line has been released on a disconnect. What has
  22. to be done so that a/ux mentions a disconnect and kills the slip process? In
  23. what way has the modem to be configured? By the way I'm using hardware handshake
  24. cables.
