- You can avoid restarting your machine by using the Sharing Setup control
- panel
- to start FileShare with a different machine name. When the "Start" button
- changes
- to "Cancel", cancel the startup, change the machine name back, and then
- start
- FileShare. It's a bit of a pain, but it beats restarting the machine or
- logging
- out and then logging back in.
