  12. I recently tried to build & install this beast on our
  13. RS/6000-550 AIX 3.2.0. It compiles fine using bsdcc and
  14. installs with no problem, and even starts up fine from
  15. the Inetd (superdaemon). One little problem...it won't let
  16. *anyone* login...I can connect from various other machines,
  17. and it prompts me for a userid, but regardless of what userid
  18. I use (my own, "anonymous", "guest", "ftp", etc...) it simply
  19. replies "Access Denied" and doesn't give me a prompt for a password.
  20. I've tried using the ftpaccess file (-a switch) and I've tried
  21. not using it (-A switch) with no success...I've traced down the 
  22. problem (I *think*) to the fact that the routine "acl_getclass"
  23. is returning FALSE...from here I don't know what to do...
