- Hi,
-
- I'd like to use the GNU C and C++ compiler on RS/6000 workstations
- (with AIX 3.2) but the assembler shipped with the system contains bugs which
- prevent the use of debugging informations. This quite annoying since I am
- working in a school (where debugging is really necessary :-).
-
- I know that a fixed version of the assembler exists (I've read it in
- the gcc README.RS6000 file) but IBM France does not distribute it.
-
- Does anyone know a solution to this problem ?
-
- Please, answer by E-mail since I don't read this newsgroup.
-
- Thanks in advance.
-
- Eric
