  15. We have just installed WordPerfect 5.1 on our IBM
  16. workstations (IBM RS/6000 Models 320 and 560, AIX 3.2.0)
  17. Its performance, so far, has been very sluggish when any
  18. attempt is made to view a graphics image.  We do a lot of 
  19. technical writing and make heavy use of the equations
  20. editor in WordPerfect, which produces a graphics image for
  21. each equation.  It can take up to 30 seconds or more just to
  22. move from one page to the next if the page has equations.
  23. UNIX customer support at WordPerfect  says that we should
  24. expect it to be slow when using a lot of graphics; 
  25. however, the current performance appears unacceptable.

  27. Has anyone had any experience with WordPerfect 5.1 on an IBM
  28. workstation?
