  13. We have sporadic but persistent problems with modems and TTYS on
  14. our 530 running 3.2.
  15. About once every two weeks or so I have to drop the TTYS and re-
  16. configure them.  Is the AIX tty scheme really that unreliable?
  17. We had similar experience under 3.1.
  18.  
  19. When things work, they work right.  But when they go bad,
  20. they go all the way bad.
  21.  
  22. (Maybe we should be using some other machine for our modem horse.)
