  12. I would like to replace the same string in many files
  13. down a hierarchy.  I am not a unix guru so it would
  14. take more time to write the little script then to
  15. just change the files. Since I am quite sure this has
  16. been done before I thought I would try the news for a 
  17. quick answer.
