  11. My boss wants me to give a 2-3 hour training session on using Unix more
  12. effectively.  I was wondering if any of you had already done such a thing and
  13. had some notes you could email me?  My user's have been using Unix for about
  14. 1 year, half of them have workstations on their desks and the others use telnet.
  15. Most of them don't seem to be willing to teach themselves, several still can't
  16. seem to grasp the man command.  It's truly amazing how someone can ask me
  17. a question, then watch as I type 'man foo', put my finger on the screen, and
  18. read off the answer!  Yet these people will be back in a day or two with
  19. another question that can be answered with RTFM!

  21. Hmmm, maybe I can talk for an hour about online docs, the man command, reading
  22. via phonetics, etc :-)
