  13. month away.  SIGACT News is the quarterly newsletter of the ACM Special
  14. Interest Group on Algorithms and Computation Theory. The regular deadlines are:

  17.     Spring issue, 1 May
  18.     Summer issue, 1 August
  19.     Fall issue,   1 November
  20.  
  21. I encourage everybody to use SIGACT News as a forum for issues important to
