  10. What is the best way to cancel the effects of a \ignorespaces in TeX
  11. or LaTeX?  I have two applications in mind.  How can you have the
  12. first paragraph of a chapter indented, and how can you get a new
  13. paragraph after an \item[blah blah blah].
