- I'm using Trevor Darrell's psfig.tex to include postscript pictures
- into my LaTeX figures. I'm then using Rokicki's dvips to convert the
- dvi file to postscript for printing. Everything works fine in single
- column style, and in twocolumn style, the pictures that are in figure
- environments come out fine, but the ones that are in figure*'s
- disappear.
-
- You might be a victim of the following (already corrected) problem,
- quoted from latex.bug:
-
- 163. When a double-column figure or table that is too large to fit on
- a page is encountered when producing two-column output, that figure and
- all subsequent ones are never printed. (Reported 13 Mar 91 by David
- Long. Corrected 15 Mar 91.)
-
- If you can supply me with an example of that behaviour with the most
- recent version of LaTeX (dated March 25, 1992), I'll have a look.
