- There are several possibilities around (I need these symbols as a theoretical
- physicist, and also need the "script Dee" for functional integration measures.)
- One good possibility is rsfs10 (Ralph Smith's formal script) which was created
- by a physicist and does a fairly nice job. It can be found on most of the
- regular archives, and in particular it is on labrea.stanford.edu (36.8.0.47)
- as (I think) rsfs.shar (I shoudl know since I arranged to put it there :(
-
- That file is shell archive which will have to be unpacked and metafont run
- to make the pk fonts. If that is not satisfactory drop me a note and I should
- be able to roust up a complete set of .pk files in Apple LW mode. More
- exotic modes you're on your own.
-
- There are several good postscript fonts for these characters as well. One
- really nice set is in MathematicalPi-Two from Adobe, but the font encoding
- is completely wrong for TeX, so to use the characters you have to literally
- call them "by hand" one at a time. For "Dee" it's not so bad since you
- almost never need the script or scriptscript sizes, but for Aitch and Ell
- it's something of a pain. Still, if you take the time the results are much
- nicer.
-
- Anyone know of other choices?
