  11. There is a lovely little macro on page 95 of Seroul and Levy's book - A
  12. Beginner's Book of TeX.  I would like to use it to draw a box around two lines
  13. of normal text which has the usual // at the end of the first line.
  14. Unfortunately, LaTeX burps -- gets lost and thinks there is a missing \item.
  15.  
  16. It seems that the style SHADOW at SHSU does the same thing.  I have also had
  17. zero luck  in using \fbox$some text//And some more text.
  18.  
  19. Obviously, I still do not understand how to package things inside boxes which
  20. can be put into these macros.  I hope someone can help set me straight!
