  11. At a meeting in November of the Front Range SGML Entities, the Colorado
  12. SGML users group, a representative from Frame demonstrated FrameBuilder
  13. in its current state.  While he indicated that they were working on
  14. additional features and what we were seeing was only prototype code, he
  15. indicated that it didn't handle external entities nor attributes, and
  16. that both would be added "at a later date".  SGML without either of
  17. those isn't really SGML.
