  12. I am using the book utility in Interleaf where my catalogs contain the 
  13. component information for the separate chapters in the book.  What I would
  14. like to do is the following:

  16. I would like the first page number of a given chapter to be at the bottom
  17. center portion of the page.  I would then like all subsequent pages of each
  18. chapter to have the page number in the upper right hand corner of the page.

  20. When I try to use ESC-SHIFT3 at the header, Interleaf gives me the following
  21. error message:

  23. You cannot edit imported header/footer frames.  You must edit them in their
  24. catalog.
