  39. Two other files that are worth looking at are:

  41.    $FMHOME/.fminit2.0/fm_commands.h
  42.    $FMHOME/.fminit2.0/english/kbmap
  43.  
  44. (This is on FrameMaker International v.3.0 for SunView; filenames may differ
  45. for your version.)

  47. The former lists the command codes used in keyboard mapping files, together
  48. with the shortcuts used to invoke many of them. Some of the commands here
  49. seem to be inaccessible from FrameMaker (e.g. highlighting backwards), but
  50. my guess is that you could get at them by making your own kbmap file. Of
  51. course, the commands may be unused because they are unimplemented, buggy, or
  52. unsupported; use at your own risk.

  54. The latter defines all the keyboard mappings set up by FrameMaker, and is
  55. probably the nearest there is to a definitive list of mappings for a
  56. particular version of FrameMaker.
