- OK, we keep getting better at Frame, but that just makes the questions
- a little bit more interesting . . .

- For those of you with books that use complex page numbers, how do you
- handle page ranges. I am particularly concerned about ranges in the index.
- Items such as 3-4-3-8 are unacceptable, and 3-4 - 3-8 is not much better.
- Frame itself uses "3-4 to 3-8" which is what I am currently using.
