- It sounds as if you're crossing platforms from Mac to Sun or something
- else that runs Frame 3.1 (latest version for the Mac is 3.01, I think).
- Mac Frame imports Mac Word 4.0 quite well (well, it does what I need it
- to do). If you must cross platforms, try saving the Word file as RTF and
- use Frame's RTF filter. Or find someone with Mac Frame, import the Word
- file on a Mac and then move the Frame file.

- There's also an RTF export filter, for going the other way.

- These Frame/RTF filters are a Frame product and as far as I know they're
- free, but I don't know what steps we took to get them. If you need more
