  14. I have a book file containing chapter files. In some of these chapter
  15. files I make use of spot colors. But printing from the book window 
  16. doesn't seem to allow me to make color separations--is it true that
  17. I have to open each chapter file and print file-specific color separations?

  19. Couldn't find any overlap in the documentation regarding spot colors and 
  20. book files. Have I missed something?
