  11. Glad you've been contacted Bob; I was the one that called in the problem
  12. with Frame from our group, got less than adequate help (ie: what I found
  13. was not a bug), filed a bug report and YOU got the assistance from
  14. Frame because of a notes posting! So much for going through channels; it
  15. looks like the way to get help is to state your problem in a public forum.
