- the closest newsgroup I could find.

- Do you have a recommended device (brand and/or supplier)
- for connecting RS232 terminals/PC's that are more than a
- few hundred feet from the host?

- We have been using short-haul modems, but they cost $70
- per end. I would like to find a cheaper way.
