- Here's two versions that I've saved. However, my caveat is that I could
- never make this gateway work. I'd be very interested in knowing if you use
- the gateway successfully.

- Address your E-Mail to postmstr@unislc.slc.unisys.com
- Within the body of the message, put the line:
- #To: CORP.ABC1
- for example, if the OFIS-link address is ABC1/CORP
- More than one #To: line can be included. This interface IS CASE SENSITIVE.

- Subject: Corprate E-mail
- Date: 23 Sep 91 20:34:22 GMT
-
- I have generated some scripts that execute in the background
- on a unix system named unislc, which enables the unix mail
- world to communicate with the different corprate mailers, ie.
- CORP, EMMK, EMSN ,etc. by using the Ofis Manager product, the
- IS product and UNIDATS. These have been running for about 4
- months. I have included a brief description on how to mail
- to Ofislink/Mapper and how a OfisLink/Mapper user can mail to
- a unix system.
-
-
- UNIX TO OFISLINK/MAPPER OFISLINK/MAPPER TO UNIX
-
-
- Sending mail from Unix to OfisLink/Mapper
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- Using one of the unix mailers, ie. mail, mailx, elm address the outgoing
- mail to 'postmstr' and in the body of the text or in a cover letter include
- ----------
- a line/s with a '#To:' followed by the address/es for the individual/s
- ------
- the mail is meant for.
-
- Example:
-
- #To: CORP.bimi EMMK.3182 emsn.1125
-
- You can have more than one addressee on a line and more the one "#To:"
- line, as shown above.
-
- Only include address/es on the line with #To: make sure is no other text.
-
- (NOTE...Unix is very CASE sensitive)
-
- Generate the text and mail it.
-
-
-
- Sending mail from OfisLink/Mapper to Unix
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- Using OfisLink or Mapper address the mail to "postmstr/un49" and in
- the body of the text or in a Cover Letter include a line/s with the
- addresses preceeded by the "#To:".
-
- Example:
-
- #To: kent shadow!bjk brown@sys3
-
- You can have more than one addressee on a line and more the one
- "#To:" line.
-
- Again, only include address/es on the line with #To: on it.
-
- Note: This is a simple conversion from either DCA or Ofis_one
- format to a flat ascii file. All underline, bold, etc.
- will not be there
