  13. Hi,
  14. I have a few questions on Sun. Could someone please help me by answering
  15. the questions below:

  17. 1. I read the Sun manual on the csh's command history feature. The way to
  18. call the history commands seem to be the !! characters. Could someone tell
  19. me how I can map this command history features to the arrow keys on the
  20. numberic keypad? This is a very important and basic feature for the users.
  21. Could someone please help!
  22. 2. How do I create an .au sound file? Or any ftp site where I can .au sound
  23. file to play on our Sun stations?
  24. 3. I would like to have a login screen for our sun stations which present
  25. user with a Sun logo or our LAN symbol whenever the station is free. I dunno
  26. whether this is too much but I think there should be a way of doing this
  27. since I've seen other workstations showing off their login screen instead of
  28. the login prompt and empty screen.

  30. Last but not least, I must thank all those who took the trouble to reply me
  31. for my last posting of sun questions on the net. I have read up a few
  32. workstations reference available in our library.
