- 3.1X is statically linked (Version 3.1).

- The 3.1A CD (Version 3.1A) contains both X and OL versions. maker3X.exe is
- dynamically linked but fmbatch, rpc.frameusersd and fmprintdriver are
- statically linked.

- The OL version contains all dyamically linked executables except fmMfont2bfont.

- Unfortunately, you can't used OL fm* commands for the X version.

- Don't know yet what happens if you move the X maker3X.exe to the OL directory.

- But it is probable that the OL version will work with Solaris 2.1. I'll find
- out more later this week as a test in my spare time.
