- I have now got my Emulex MD24/Sun 3/60 based system working, but it only
- sees the first two disks, sd0 and sd1. I wasn't surprised by this, I set
- the Emulex to SCSI id 0, the disk box contains 4 ESDI disks on SCSI lun 0
- to 3. I want to access the other two disks, ie SCSI id 0 lun 2 & lun 3,
-
- I believe SunOS derives the disk slave as SCSI ID * 8 + lun, and hence
- sd0 = SCSI id 0 lun 0, sd1 = SCSI id 0 lun 1. sd2 maps on to slave 8 =
- SCSI id 1 lun 0.
-
- What I want to do is to reconfigure the kernel so I can access disks on
- SCSI id 0 lun 2 and SCSI id 0 lun 3. Is this possible?
-
- Any comments well appreciated, email to either .sig address preferred.
