  12. We are currently working on the layout for our working quarters and one 
  13. solution implies that we place the graphic consoles far from the computers
  14. (2 MP machines: 4D/440 and R4000-MP).  The distance would be about 30 feet.
  15. From SGI there seems to be an extension kit for 75 feet (part# X4-VKC1).

  17. Question is will there be any problems related with the use of such a lenght
  18. of cable (like line noise, screen flicker, ...).  Also is there smaller
  19. extensions from SGI or third party source.
