  14.      Hogwash!  We have printers on SGI's and Sun's and use lpr exclusively
  15. to send files to from ALL machines and with no problems.  Just manually set
  16. up your printcap and hosts.lpd files the same as you would on any standard
  17. BSD UNIX machine.  Currently we are using parallel ports on our SGI's for
  18. the printers, however I know of people who use the serial ports too.
