  35. In almost all cases, the individual owners of the systems perform
  36. the upgrade on their own with a small set of instructions.  We
  37. use network installations from a few distribution servers located
  38. on the various nets.

  40. In the case of groups of machines, a system administrator will often
  41. walk down the line of systems invoking the commands on a machine by
  42. machine basis.  In one of our labs, the consoles of the various systems
  43. have been changed to the tty ports which have then been connected to
  44. a single system.  From that central server an individual uses a script
  45. to automatically load all of these systems.

  47. I believe what you really want is a method for a system administrator
  48. to install groups of machines from a central point via tty ports OR the
  49. network.  I know we have a team of folks working on the installation
  50. tools for a future release.  I'll forward your message to them.
