- I think it's great that SGI has folks answering questions and actively
- encourages their participation. I have been impressed by the fact that
- messages even occasionally come from various vice presidents. I would
- hope that this continues in the future. It contributes nicely to the
- quality of the discussions.

- I must say that my experience with the hotline has been practically
- nil recently. Previous experience did however show a high level of
- competence but the return time for calls was usually a day and was
- starting to deteriorate to more than 2 days. We have on site field
- service and they are quite knowledgable. Even better, they usually know
- who to contact at SGI if they can't get something straight on their own.
- However, since they still have to deal with the hotline, I occasionally
- hear their grumblings about the hotline.
