  13.   I have been using VAX Ultrix for over a year now, that seems to have
  14. a particular feature that I can't seem to find in IRIX.  In VAX Ultrix 4.2
  15. RISC I am able to use the arrow keys (up/down) to scroll through the
  16. csh command histor, and use VI like syntax to edit those commands.
  17. Here's my question:  Can this be done on the SGI?
