  34. |SGI Express does handle upgrades (hardware and software), but we don't
  35. |handle "international" orders (we make an exception for Canada :-). There
  36. |are "SGI Express" offices starting in Europe and Germany will have one soon

  38. Until then, you might try the office in Munich, which is the regional
  39. office for Germany.  I know they handle software updates/upgrades.
