  16. I down loaded pcc12c.arc from eddie a few days ago, I attempted to unARC it
  17. using LHARC.EXE (also from eddie) it didn't work.

  19. Is this the right tool to use for the unARCing process?  If not where can I 
  20. find one?  Failing that where can I find an ftpable version with a different
  21. type of compression (I couldn't find one with archie).
